Statistics for the Life Sciences by Samuels and Witmen

Contributed by Dr. Alexei Gratchev

A very nice statistics book written mostely for the "pre molecular" life sciences. Covers almost every topic you will need in biological research with the exception of statistical analysis of microarray data. Most of the examples are from medicine, agriculture or microbiology, but with some logic may be transferred to molecular biology. Mathematical background is nicely presented and may be understanded using the basic university knowledge.
